通过对嘉乐泉矿2804工作面进行现场观测,得到断层下工作面顶板的破断规律及矿压分布特征,建立工作面直接顶模型,利用位移变分法推导出工作面顶板沉降量计算公式,定量分析工作面注浆加固后煤体弹性模量的提高对顶板沉降量的影响,结果表明:注浆加固后随着煤体弹性模量增大,顶板下沉量逐渐减小,当煤体弹性模量增加到3 500 MPa时,顶板下沉量随煤体弹性模量增大而减小的速度变缓,且煤体强度太高,不利于割煤。
Through the on-the-spot observation of 2804 working face in Jialequan Mine, the roof rupture law and rock pressure distribution characteristics of the fault surface are obtained. The direct top model of the working face is established, and the displacement settlement method is deduced to calculate the formula of roof settlement. The results show that as the elastic modulus of the coal increases, the subsidence of the roof decreases gradually. When the coal mass When the elastic modulus increases to 3 500 MPa, the amount of roof subsidence decreases with the increase of elastic modulus of coal, and the strength of coal is too high, which is not conducive to cutting coal.
