沥青混合料试件粗集料骨架间隙率(VCAm ix)是沥青混合料试件的重要体积参数之一。长期以来,VCAm ix的量测主要依赖于利用密度将重量换算为体积的计算法。由于转换过程的误差,加之吸附沥青的影响,导致计算值与实际值存有一定偏差。本文介绍了一种利用数字图像处理技术直接量测VCAm ix的方法。该方法使用彩色石料区分粗、细集料,并利用彩色阀值直接分割图像。结果证明该方法准确性好。
Asphalt Mixture Specimen Rough aggregate void fraction (VCAm ix) is one of the important volumetric parameters for asphalt mixtures. For a long time, the measurement of VCAm ix mainly relied on the calculation method of using density to convert weight to volume. Due to the conversion process error, combined with the impact of adsorption of asphalt, resulting in the calculated value and the actual value there is a certain deviation. This paper presents a method of measuring VCAm ix directly using digital image processing techniques. The method uses colored stones to distinguish coarse and fine aggregates, and uses the color threshold to directly segment the image. The results show that the method is accurate.
