本文介绍了测定0.03—1.0μg砷的一个高灵敏度的方法。砷以AsI_3形式萃取到苯中,再用水选择性地解吸。在氯化物存在下的酸性介质中,水相中砷(Ⅲ)和碘化物两者与碘酸盐发生反应,形成阴离子氯代络合物IC~1_2~-。IC~1_2~-与罗丹明6G以离子对形式萃取到苯中,在535nm处测量萃取物的吸光度。对0.5μg砷10次测定的变异系数是1.5%,方法已用于植物材料、高纯度铁、铜基合金和天然水中无机砷含量的测定。
This article describes a highly sensitive method for the determination of 0.03-1.0 μg arsenic. Arsenic is extracted as AsI_3 into benzene and then desorbed selectively with water. In an acidic medium in the presence of chloride, both arsenic (III) and iodide react with iodate in the aqueous phase to form an anionic chloride complex, IC ~ 1_2 ~ -. IC ~ 1_2 ~ - and rhodamine 6G were ion-extracted into benzene, and the absorbance of the extract was measured at 535nm. The coefficient of variation for 10 μg of 0.5 μg arsenic was 1.5%. The method has been applied to the determination of inorganic arsenic in plant materials, high purity iron, copper-based alloys and natural water.
