互联网经济是一种孕育于网络时代的新的经济现象,其快速发展的趋势引起消费需求呈现多样化、个性化和服务化的态势,这种新的需求形式改变了企业的生存环境,致使传统的企业发展模式无法继续适应这个快速的时代。新时代的竞争需要企业间建立相互依赖的合作模式,需要合作节点的企业共同改进产品和服务,其实质也就是建立一条高效率、低成本和快响应速度的供应链。本文以海尔为例,系统分析了海尔供应链管理的内部支撑体系,并详细介绍了海尔互联网时代的最新转型,以期为致力于供应链设计和创新的其他企业提供参考。
The Internet economy is a new economic phenomenon born in the Internet era. The rapid development of Internet economy has led to a diversified, personalized and service-oriented consumer demand. This new form of demand has changed the living environment of enterprises, Enterprise development model can not continue to adapt to this rapid era. The competition in the new era requires the establishment of an interdependent cooperation model among enterprises. Enterprises that need cooperation nodes should jointly improve their products and services. The essence is to establish an efficient, low-cost and fast response supply chain. In this paper, Haier, for example, systematically analyzes the internal support system of Haier supply chain management, and introduces the latest transformation of Haier Internet era, in order to provide reference for other enterprises dedicated to supply chain design and innovation.
