目的研究西北地区东片部队医疗机构室空气细菌抗消毒剂基因qacEΔ1的阳性率,为部队医疗机构空气消毒及医院感染预防治疗提供指导依据。方法用PCR方法检测空气中分离的细菌的qacEΔ1基因。结果 98株细菌中有23株携带抗消毒剂基因qacEΔ1,阳性率为23.5%;大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、表皮葡萄球菌qacEΔ1的检出率分别为36.7%、36.4%、27.8%、20.0%、10.0%;白色假丝酵母菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞、流感嗜血菌未检出qacEΔ1基因。结论西北地区东片部队医疗机构空气中的细菌抗消毒剂基因qacEΔ1阳性率不高,但应注意消毒剂的交替使用。
Objective To study the positive rate of qacEΔ1, an airborne bacterial anti-disinfectant gene in the eastern military units in Northwest China, to provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of airborne infections and nosocomial infections in military medical units. Methods The qacEΔ1 gene of bacteria isolated in air was detected by PCR method. Results 23 of the 98 strains of bacteria carried qacEΔ1, the positive rate was 23.5%. The detection of qacEΔ1 of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus epidermidis The rates of qacEΔ1 gene were 36.7%, 36.4%, 27.8%, 20.0% and 10.0%, respectively. Candida albicans, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores were not detected. Conclusion The qacEΔ1 positive rate of bacterial anti-disinfectants in the air of medical units in the eastern part of Northwest China is not high, but the alternating use of disinfectants should be paid attention to.
