泌尿系异物中以膀胱异物最为多见。异物种类繁多,进入膀胱途径及方式也多种多样。我院自1985年～1996年共收治膀胱内异物38例。报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组38例,男性31例,女性7例。年龄18～52岁,平均35岁。病程1小时～2年。异物种类:发夹4例,塑料电线5例,塑料管3例,体温表1例,缝衣针2例,草茎5例,柳条枝3例,簟状导管头1例,医用缝合丝线6例,医用肠线3例,细铜线4例,气枪子弹1例。异物经尿道插入膀 Urinary foreign body in the most common bladder foreign body.
