目的:建立HPLC法测定精制冠心颗粒中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:采用VP-ODS C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10:30:1:59)为流动相等度洗脱;检测波长286nm。结果:丹酚酸B在10.4~104.4μg·ml~(-1)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1),平均加样回收率为99.55%,RSD0.96%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确、可用于测定精制冠心颗粒中丹酚酸B的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in refined Guanxin granules. METHODS: A VP-ODS C 18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The elution was carried out with acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water (10:30:1:59) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 286 nm. RESULTS: The salicylic acid B showed a good linear relationship (r=0.999 1) in the concentration range of 10.4-104.4 μg·ml-1. The average recovery was 99.55% and the RSD was 0.96%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B in refined Guanxin granules.
