在目前的材料力学教材中有关金属拉伸实验中使用的定义、符号仍然沿用GB/T 228-87标准的规定。新的国家标准GB/T 228-2002《金属材料室温拉伸试验方法》,已于2002年7月1日开始实施。新版国家标准与原国家标准相比,在引用标准、定义和符号、试样、试验要求、性能测试方法、测试结果数值修约以及测试结果精度等方面都作了较火修改和补充。该文详细论述了新的国家标准GB/T228.2002的规定和变化,并对在材料力学实验教学中如何贯彻新标准进行了探讨,希望以此推动基础力学实验教学的标准化工作。
In the current material mechanics textbook on metal tensile test used in the definition of symbols still follow the GB / T 228-87 standard. The new national standard GB / T 228-2002 “room temperature tensile test method of metal materials”, has been in July 1, 2002 began. Compared with the original national standards, the new version of national standards has made more modifications and supplements in terms of reference standards, definitions and symbols, test samples, test requirements, performance test methods, rounding of test results, and accuracy of test results. This paper discusses in detail the rules and changes of the new national standard GB / T228.2002, and discusses how to carry out the new standard in the experiment teaching of material mechanics in the hope of promoting the standardization of basic mechanics experiment teaching.
