目的 :探讨端粒酶活性与膀胱癌组织的临床生物学行为及与预后的关系。方法 :应用银染端粒序列重复扩增 (TRAP)法检测 4 4例膀胱移行细胞癌端粒酶的活性。结果 :4 4例膀胱癌组织中端粒酶表达阳性 39例 (88 5 % )。端粒酶活性阳性表达率与病人的年龄、性别、肿瘤数目、大小、是否有蒂无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ;也与肿瘤的分期、分级无关 (P >0 0 5 )。随访资料表明端粒酶活性与肿瘤病人是否复发无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :端粒酶是膀胱癌理想的肿瘤标记物。膀胱癌端粒酶活性与肿瘤的分级、分期及预后无关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and clinical biological behavior and prognosis in bladder cancer. Methods: Telomerase activity was detected in 44 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma by silver staining of telomeric repeat amplification (TRAP) method. Results: The telomerase expression was positive in 44 cases (88.5%) of bladder cancer tissues. The positive rate of telomerase activity was not related to the patient’s age, sex, tumor number, size and pedicle (P> 0.05). It also had no correlation with tumor stage and grade (P> 0.05). The follow-up data showed no correlation between telomerase activity and tumor recurrence (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Telomerase is an ideal tumor marker for bladder cancer. Bladder cancer telomerase activity and tumor grade, stage and prognosis.
