杭钢竖炉中,均热带、焙烧带和部分预热带的氧含量低于1%,属还原性气氛。在温度为930℃的预热带和1180℃的焙烧带直接取球团矿样进行分析的结果表明,FeO分别高达11.66%和16.12%,从均热带到焙烧带将近3米的料层中,垂直方向的温度和气氛几乎保持稳定不变,看不出有冷却风通过均热带和焙烧带的迹象。因为鼓入炉内的燃烧废气含有19.2~19.4%的CO_2,所以球团脱硫仍能顺利进行,但却使炉内还原气氛加剧。为了球团能在预热带和焙烧带充分氧化,应考虑在燃烧废气中加二次风。
Hangzhou Steel Shaft Furnace, the average tropical, calcination zone and part of the preheating zone oxygen content of less than 1%, is a reducing atmosphere. The results of direct pellet samples taken from the preheating zone at 930 ℃ and the calcination zone at 1180 ℃ showed that FeO was as high as 11.66% and 16.12%, respectively. From the soaking zone to the nearly 3-meter layer of the roasting zone, The temperature and atmosphere in the vertical direction remained almost constant, with no evidence of cooling air passing through the soaking zone and the roasting zone. Because the combustion exhaust gas into the furnace contains 19.2 ~ 19.4% of CO 2, the desulfurization of the pellets can still be carried out smoothly, but the reduction atmosphere in the furnace is aggravated. For the pellets to be fully oxidized in the preheat zone and roasting zone, secondary air should be considered in the combustion exhaust gas.
