借助能谱的成分分析,用透射电镜选区电子衍射(SAED)技术,确定了堆焊金属的组织结构,并对堆焊金属、2.25Cr-1Mo钢母材及304不锈钢的高温(900℃)抗氧化性能进行试验比较.研究结果表明,用Fe-Al则合金条(ω(Al)=16%)堆焊2.25Cr-1Mo钢,其堆焊层组织为α-Fe(Al)堆焊层金属的高温抗氧化性能优于304不锈钢.
