为减小平行钢绞线斜拉索索力误差,要进行张拉力的控制和张拉方案的优化。该文首先分析了索力误差产生的原因和消除方法,然后定量地分析了不同的索力控制方法下斜拉索整索索力误差和钢绞线离散误差,最后提出了基于逐步补差思想的张拉方式优化方案。模拟计算结果表明:该方案对平行钢绞线斜拉索索力及其均匀性控制具有实际意义。
In order to reduce the cable tension error of parallel strands, the tension control and the tensioning scheme should be optimized. This paper first analyzes the causes and elimination methods of cable force error, and then quantitatively analyzes the cable tension error and the strand dispersion error under different cable force control methods.
