利用机械共混的方法制备了聚酰胺66/十二烷基苯磺酸钠(PA66/SDBS)复合材料,研究了SDBS的用量对该复合材料抗静电性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:适量SDBS的添加,可降低PA66/SDBS复合材料的体积电阻率和表面电阻率,从而有效改善复合材料的抗静电性能。PA66/SDBS复合材料的表观黏度随着剪切速率和温度的提高而逐渐降低,随着SDBS用量的增加呈先降后升趋势。PA66/SDBS复合材料的非牛顿指数随温度的升高而增大,随SDBS用量的增加先增大后减小。PA66/SDBS复合材料熔体的黏流活化能随剪切速率的提升而减小,随SDBS用量的增加先减小后增大。
The polyamide 66 / SDBS composites were prepared by mechanical blending method. The effects of the amount of SDBS on the antistatic properties and rheological properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the addition of appropriate amount of SDBS can reduce the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of PA66 / SDBS composites, so as to effectively improve the antistatic properties of the composites. The apparent viscosity of PA66 / SDBS composites decreased with the increase of shear rate and temperature, and then decreased with the increase of SDBS content. The non-Newtonian index of PA66 / SDBS composites increases with the increase of temperature, then increases with the increase of SDBS first and then decreases. The activation energy of viscous flow of PA66 / SDBS composite melt decreased with the increase of shear rate, then decreased with the increase of SDBS dosage and then increased.
