今年3月,人事部对全国部分省、自治区、直辖市政府人事部门所属人才交流服务中心、副省级市及省会城市政府人事部门所属人才交流中心上报的2004年人才市场信息数据进行了汇总统计分析。分析得出,在过去的一年里,市场机制调节供求,引导人才流动的作用越来越明显。综观2004年全国人才市场供需,主要呈现以下几大亮点:
In March of this year, the Ministry of Personnel conducted a summary statistical analysis on the talent market information data of 2004 submitted by the talent exchange service centers under the personnel departments of some provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government as well as personnel exchange centers affiliated to the sub-provincial cities and provincial government personnel departments . The analysis shows that in the past year, the market mechanism has played an increasingly significant role in regulating supply and demand and guiding the flow of talent.
