目的对石家庄电厂职工的情绪智力的现状和群体差异进行调查,为加强电厂职工的个人心理辅导和职业健康提供科学依据。方法于2013年5月采用Wong和Law编制的《情绪智力量表中文版(WLEIS)》,对石家庄电厂的300名职工进行现场施测,获得有效问卷228份。结果电厂职工情绪智力总得分(4.80)以及各个维度的平均分都高于中等水平,说明整体状况较好。其中,自我觉察维度得分最高(5.29),其他3个维度得分排序依次是情绪运用(4.73)、情绪管理(4.70)、他人情绪评估(4.49)。男性(5.13)在自我情绪觉察维度上的得分显著低于女性(5.59),差异有统计学意义,(t=-2.42,P<0.05)。不同学历的电厂职工,情绪运用和情绪智力总分差异有统计学意义(F=3.059,P<0.05和F=3.131,P<0.05);不同工作年限电厂职工在他人情绪评估和情绪运用上差异亦有统计学意义(F=2.626,P<0.05和F=3.029,P<0.05)。结论电厂职工的情绪智力总体情况较好,在性别、工作年限和学历上存在群体差异,建议应针对不同群体进行职业健康辅导。
Objective To investigate the status quo and group differences of emotional intelligence among workers in Shijiazhuang Power Plant and provide scientific basis for strengthening individual psychological counseling and occupational health of employees in power plants. Methods In May 2013, the WISE (Emblem Intelligence Scale) prepared by Wong and Law was used to measure 300 workers in Shijiazhuang Power Plant and 228 valid questionnaires were obtained. Results The total emotional intelligence scores (4.80) and the average scores of all dimensions in power plant workers were higher than the medium level, indicating that the overall situation is good. Among them, self-awareness dimensions score the highest (5.29), and scores of the other three dimensions are emotion utilization (4.73), emotion management (4.70) and others emotion evaluation (4.49). Men (5.13) scored significantly lower on the dimension of self-awareness than women (5.59), the difference was statistically significant (t = -2.42, P <0.05). There were significant differences in the scores of emotional workers and employees with different academic qualifications (F = 3.059, P <0.05 and F = 3.131, P <0.05). Workers in different working years were different in emotional evaluation and emotional appraisal of others There was also statistical significance (F = 2.626, P <0.05 and F = 3.029, P <0.05). Conclusion The overall situation of power plant workers’ emotional intelligence is good. There are group differences in gender, working life and academic qualifications. It is suggested that vocational health counseling should be conducted for different groups.
