骨纤维组织细胞瘤,发生在腰椎比较少见,现将一例报告如下:患者,男,23岁,工人,住院号:369758(川医病案)X 线号:103612,病检号:12836—81。于81年5月患者感腰部隐痛不适。四个月前,因劳动扭伤腰部,不能直立和干活,在当地给以对症治疗无明显好转,经常感腰部疼痛,尤以夜间睡觉后及活动后更重。两个月前,出现右大腿内侧皮肤麻木及膝关节疼痛,行走困难,常蹲下来休息后疼痛缓解。因不能胜任日常工作,来院门诊。X 线摄片检查,发现第三腰椎椎体右侧及椎弓骨质缺损,性质不明,于81年11月12日收入住院。
Bone histiocytoma is rare in lumbar vertebrae. A case report is as follows: patient, male, 23 years old, worker, hospitalization number: 369758 (chuanchuan medical record) X line number: 103612, medical examination number: 12836-81. Two months ago, there was skin numbness and knee pain in the medial right thigh, difficulty in walking, and pain relief after taking a rest. Due to his inability to perform routine tasks, he came to the hospital. X-ray examination revealed that the right side of the third lumbar vertebral body and the vertebral arch bone defect were of unknown nature and was admitted to hospital on November 12, 81.
