作者采用人外周血培养细胞微核测定、体外淋转及Ames实验对成都市地面水有机萃取物进行了检测。结果表明,10个采样点的有机萃取物诱发的微核形成率均高于阴性对照(P<0.01;10%DMSO诱导的淋转率为79.41±12.34,5μgMMC诱导的淋转率为40.85±8.15,7个采样点(4、5、6、7、8、9及10)的有机萃取物诱导的淋转率明显低于10%DMSO(P<0.01);2号和9号点的有机萃取物的Ames实验阳性。本文就微核、Ames实验、SCE及淋转实验结果与地面水有机物污染的关系进行了讨论。
The authors used micronucleus assay of human peripheral blood culture cells, in vitro leaching and Ames experiments to detect organic extracts of ground water in Chengdu. The results showed that the rate of micronuclei induced by organic extracts of 10 sampling points was higher than that of the negative control (P <0.01; the leaching rate of 10% DMSO was 79.41 ± 12.34, the leaching rate of 5μg of MMC was 40.85 ± 8.15 (P <0.01). The organic extraction rate at 7 sampling points (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10) was significantly lower than that of 10% DMSO Ames test was positive.This paper discussed the relationship between micronucleus test, Ames test, SCE test and leaching experiment on the contamination of surface water organic matter.
