以含十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷的无水乙醇溶液作为疏水处理液,对已覆盖锶磷化膜的镁合金样品涂层进行改性。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、静态接触角测试等方法对疏水膜层的形貌、组成及接触角等性质进行表征。采用电化学阻抗谱和动电位极化曲线对疏水膜层的耐腐蚀性能进行测定。改性后的疏水表面静态接触角值随着浸泡时间的延长而增大,其膜层表面的锶、磷和氧元素含量降低而碳元素含量大大增加,同时也新增了硅元素。随着浸泡时间的推移,疏水性表面的耐腐蚀性有了显著的提高。
The coating solution of magnesium alloy which has been covered with strontium phosphate film was modified by using anhydrous ethanol containing heptadecafluorodecyl trimethoxysilane as hydrophobic treatment solution. The morphology, composition and contact angle of the hydrophobic film were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and static contact angle measurement. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization curves were used to determine the corrosion resistance of the hydrophobic film. The static contact angle of the modified hydrophobic surface increases with the soaking time, and the content of strontium, phosphorus and oxygen on the surface of the film decreases and the content of carbon element increases greatly, meanwhile, the silicon element is also added. With the soaking time, the hydrophobic surface of the corrosion resistance has been significantly improved.
