目的　探讨儿童癫持续状态的临床特点及治疗方法。方法　回顾分析 35例患儿的临床资料。结果　儿童癫持续状态主要与发热 /感染有关 ,脑电图检查示有样放电等。结论　抗癫药物治疗可取得较好的效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of epilepsy in children. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The status of children with epilepsy was mainly related to fever and infection, and EEG showed abnormal discharges. Conclusion Antiepileptic drug treatment can achieve better results.
