随着我国航空事业的迅速发展,空中交通拥挤问题日益严重,造成的严重问题就是航班延误,如何合理分配空中交通流量成为近年来大家关注的重要问题。论文考虑基于机场和航路点约束的典型流量调配问题,通过引入传统调度问题思想,将问题转化为混合线性整数规划问题进行求解,从而提高求解效率,得到问题的全局最优解。最后经过数据试验验证建模的有效性。
With the rapid development of China’s aviation industry, the problem of air traffic congestion is worsening day by day. The serious problem caused by this problem is the delay in flight. How to allocate air traffic flow rationally has become an important issue that everyone has been paying attention to in recent years. In this paper, a typical traffic allocation problem based on airport and waypoint constraints is considered. By introducing the idea of traditional scheduling problem, the problem is transformed into a mixed linear integer programming problem, so as to improve the solving efficiency and get the global optimal solution. Finally, the validity of the model was verified by data experiments.
