目的:探讨能提高临床护理质量的护理查房形式。方法:将台山人民医院2014年1月至12月开展随机性临床护理查房前后患者分别列入对照组和观察组,每组各56人,观察组在住院期间根据患者实际情况开展随机性护理查房,对照组按常规执行护理活动,对两组患者护理质量及患者、护士对开展随机性护理查房前后满意度比较。结果:观察组基础护理质量、健康教育适宜、护理记录质量、患者满意度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士(包括进修、实习护士)满意度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:随机性临床护理查房是以解决问题为导向的护理活动,能提高专业护理水平和护理管理质量,促进临床教学。
Objective: To explore the form of nursing rounds to improve the quality of clinical nursing. Methods: Patients in Taishan People’s Hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were enrolled into the control group and observation group before and after the randomized clinical nursing rounds, each with 56 patients in each group. The observation group conducted randomized nursing according to the actual situation during the hospitalization Rounds, the control group according to routine care activities, the two groups of patients with quality of care and patients, nurses to conduct random care rounds before and after the satisfaction comparison. Results: The quality of basic nursing, appropriateness of health education, quality of nursing records and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Satisfaction of nurses (including training and intern nurses) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Discussion: Stochastic clinical nursing rounds is to solve problem-oriented nursing activities, can improve the level of professional nursing and nursing management quality, and promote clinical teaching.
