600 MW超临界机组启动系统是直流锅炉的重要组成部分,启动系统的性能直接影响直流锅炉的启、停性能及低负荷运行的性能。通过对带外置式与内置式分离器及带循环泵与不带循环泵启动系统的对比,分析各自的优、缺点。选用直流锅炉的启动系统时,应综合考虑机组承担的发电任务、燃料价格、设备造价等各方面因素,通过技术经济比较,选择最优化的方案。
The start-up system of 600 MW supercritical units is an important part of the DC boiler. The performance of the startup system directly affects the performance of the boiler’s start-stop and shutdown and low-load operation. By comparing with external and built-in separators and start-up system with circulating pump and without circulating pump, the advantages and disadvantages of each system are analyzed. When using the startup system of a DC boiler, the factors such as power generation tasks, fuel prices and equipment costs assumed by the unit should be taken into account synthetically to select the most optimized solution through technical and economic comparison.
