目的分析2006-2013年国内期刊疟疾相关高被引论文分布情况,为编辑制定选题组稿计划提供参考依据。方法以中国知网(CNKI)的中国期刊全文数据库和万方医学网为检索对象,检索发表于2006-2013年的疟疾相关论文。根据普莱斯公式筛选高被引论文并进行分析。结果 2006-2013年国内期刊共刊载疟疾相关文献1 976篇,其中高被引论文98篇(被引次数≥11)。在《中国热带医学》刊发的高被引论文数最多,为18篇;其次为《中国寄生虫学与寄生虫病杂志》和《中国血吸虫病防治杂志》,分别为16篇和15篇。高被引论文的主要载文类型为论著(42.86%),作者主要来自全国44个机构,其中以疾病预防控制中心为主(40.91%);高被引论文所获基金项目以国家和省厅级为主,平均基金论文比为22.45%。疟疾流行病学与防治、疫情分析等是国内近几年的研究热点。结论国内刊载与疟疾研究相关文献的期刊拥有一批来自疾病预防控制机构和研究所的作者,相关期刊可根据其作者群分布及研究热点开展选题和组稿,以提高影响力。
Objective To analyze the distribution of highly cited articles about malaria in domestic journals from 2006 to 2013, and to provide reference for editing and preparing the draft plan for group selection. Methods The Chinese Journal Full-text Database of CNKI and Wanfang Medical Network were searched, and malaria-related papers published in 2006-2013 were retrieved. Highly cited papers were screened and analyzed according to the Price formula. Results A total of 1 976 malaria-related articles were published in domestic journals in 2006-2013, of which 98 were highly cited papers (citations ≥11). The highest number of highly cited papers published in the Journal of Tropical Medicine in China was 18, followed by the Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases and the Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Prevention, which were 16 and 15 respectively. The main papers cited in the highly cited papers were treatises (42.86%). The authors mainly came from 44 institutions throughout the country, with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (40.91%) as the main type. The papers cited by the highly cited papers, Level, the average fund thesis ratio was 22.45%. Epidemiology and prevention and treatment of malaria, epidemic situation analysis are the hot spots in recent years in China. CONCLUSIONS The journals that publish the literature related to malaria research in China have a group of authors from CDC and research institutes. Relevant periodicals can choose the topics and group draft according to their author group distribution and research hot spots in order to enhance their influence.
