一、常见故障 1.定子绕组接铁短路。一般接铁部位是在铁芯的边缘。产生原因是绕组绕断不佳、浸漆不良,绝缘纸过薄或老化破损,以及绕组端面绝缘垫片损坏等。 2.定子绕组烧损。原因是曲轴油封漏油或不装防尘盖,使定子绕组沾满油污和尘土,导致其绝缘性能下降,时间久了出现匝间短路、致使绕组烧损。 3.定子绕组短路或断路。由于发动机主轴承严重磨损,固定转子的三个埋头螺栓松脱,或在修理时重绕的绕组外径过大,导致发电机运转时发生“扫膛”现象,转子与走子直接摩擦,造成定子绕组产生短路或断路故障。
