以宁波天童天然林为例,探讨了将天然林碳汇纳入碳汇贸易的方法和途径,采用条件价值评估法(CVM)估算了天童天然林碳汇价值,并探讨了天然林碳汇贸易的可行性。结果表明:(1)与人工林碳汇相比,天然林碳汇在数量、生态功能和保育价值方面具优势,将天然林碳汇纳入碳汇贸易,是对现有人工林碳汇贸易的有益补充;(2)公众对碳汇贸易普遍持支持和偏好态度,但对碳汇概念认知程度低、对相关政策态度谨慎;(3)据CVM法评估得到天童天然林年均贸易价值合理值约1379万元/a,合2.06万元/t,高于人工林碳汇价格,反映公众对天然林整体生态功能和保护价值的较高支付意愿;(4)影响天然林碳汇价值因素为个人收入、概念了解度、政策支持度和责任的定位;(5)公众对天然林碳汇贸易高度关注、对保护天然林富有热情,所以天然林碳汇进行贸易具有社会基础和可行性。
Taking Ningbo Tiantong natural forest as an example, the methods and ways of integrating natural forest carbon sinks into the carbon sequestration trade were discussed. The conditional value assessment (CVM) method was used to estimate the carbon sequestration value of natural forest in Tiantang and the natural carbon sequestration trade feasibility. The results showed as follows: (1) Compared with plantation carbon sequestration, natural forest carbon sequestration had advantages in terms of quantity, ecological function and conservation value. Natural forest carbon sequestration was included in the carbon sequestration trade, (2) The public generally holds a supportive and preferred attitudes towards carbon sequestration trade, but has a low awareness of the concept of carbon sequestration and a cautious attitude towards relevant policies. (3) According to the CVM method, the annual average trade value of natural forests in Tiantong is reasonable Which is higher than the carbon sequestration price of plantations and reflects the public’s higher willingness to pay for the overall ecological functions and conservation values of natural forests. (4) Factors that affect the value of carbon sequestration in natural forests (5) The public attaches great importance to the carbon sequestration of natural forests and is passionate about protecting natural forests. Therefore, the trade of natural forest carbon sequestration has social foundation and feasibility.
