作者在实际生产条件下,通过向稀土镁球铁中加微量Sb、Al、Ti元素并改变合Sb量的试验,研制出高强韧性铸态珠光体球铁使铸态性能达到QT70-2。进而研究了微量合金加入量、出箱时间、回炉铁的使用等工艺因素对珠光体数量及性能的影响,对比测定了曲轴本体试样的各种常规机械性能。试验了该材质的断裂韧性、耐磨性、低温冲击性能和实体弯曲疲劳性能。作了微量元素的微区扫描分析,为铸态球铁S195曲轴的稳定生产提供了依据。
In the actual production conditions, by adding a trace amount of Sb, Al, Ti elements to the rare earth magnesium nodular iron and changing the amount of the combined Sb, the high strength and ductile as-cast pearlite ductile iron has been developed to achieve the as cast performance of QT70-2. Furthermore, the influence of the addition of trace alloy, the time of delivery, the use of the regenerated iron and so on on the quantity and properties of pearlite was studied. Various conventional mechanical properties of the sample were compared. The fracture toughness, wear resistance, low temperature impact properties and physical bending fatigue properties of the material were tested. Micro-area scanning analysis of trace elements was made, which provided a basis for the stable production of cast ductile iron S195 crankshaft.
