抗菌素对生精作用和精子功能的损害已通过动物实验证实。本文综述了硝基呋喃、大环内酯、氨基甙、四环素和磺胺等主要类别的抗菌素对生精作用和精子质量影响的临床资料和实验研究结果,发现其中某些对男性生育力有潜在危险性,指出应选择在体外有效,对生育力危害最小的抗菌素用于临床,并应进一步了解它们影响生育力的机理、药物的可逆性等,以便为临床治疗提供理论依据,这对不育者或需长期用药者尤为重要。
Antibiotic effects on spermatogenesis and sperm function have been confirmed by animal experiments. This review summarizes the clinical data and experimental studies on the effects of major classes of antibiotics such as nitrofurans, macrolides, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines and sulfonamides on spermatogenesis and sperm quality and finds that some of them are potentially dangerous to male fertility It is pointed out that antibiotics which are effective in vitro and least harmful to fertility should be used clinically and their mechanisms of fertility and reversibility of drugs should be further understood so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment, Or long-term medication is particularly important.
