目的:对不同产地丹参有效部位进行药效学比较并进行评价。方法:对8个不同产地丹参含丹参素及含丹参酮成分进行了ADP诱导的血小板聚集实验、凝血酶原时间的测定及MDA的测定,对实验结果进行聚类分析和综合药效评价。结果:8种丹参的两种提取物均具有抗血小板聚集,延长凝血酶原时间及降低MDA的作用。结论:就上述活性而言,山西产丹参野生及栽培药效近似且较优于其他产地,四川中江栽培、山东野生、河南栽培药效近似,优劣居中;陕西安康野生和河南栽培相对较差。
Objective: To compare and evaluate the pharmacodynamics of effective parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza in different areas. Methods: ADP-induced platelet aggregation assay, determination of prothrombin time, and determination of MDA were performed in 8 different origins of Salvia miltiorrhiza containing Danshensu and tanshinone. The experimental results were clustered and evaluated for comprehensive efficacy. Results: The two extracts of 8 kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza have anti-platelet aggregation, prolong prothrombin time and reduce MDA. Conclusion: In terms of the above activities, the wild and cultivated medicinal properties of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Shanxi are similar and superior to those in other producing areas. Sichuan Zhongjiang cultivation, Shandong wild and Henan cultivation have similar efficacy, and the superiority and inferiority are in the middle; Shaanxi Ankang wild and Henan cultivation are relatively poor. .
