针对高浓度锌精矿矿浆管道输送问题,在分析锌精矿矿浆特性参数和粒度分布的基础上,介绍了临界流速的确定及计算方法,输送设备选型以及输送系统的优化设计。高浓度锌精矿矿浆输送系统设计合理,操作和维护简单,提高了系统的稳定性和生产连续性,且生产运营成本低。
Based on the analysis of slurry characteristics and particle size distribution of zinc concentrate, aiming at the problem of high concentration zinc concentrate ore slurry pipeline transportation, the critical flow velocity determination and calculation method, the selection of conveying equipment and the optimization design of conveying system are introduced. The high-concentration zinc concentrate slurry conveying system is designed reasonably, has simple operation and maintenance, improves system stability and production continuity, and has low production and operation costs.
