[目的]探讨两种白酒对小鼠醉酒表现、海马乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AchE)活性、纹状体多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和5羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)含量的影响。[方法]采用48.0%乙醇溶液作为对照组,观察记录两个不同品种白酒对BALB/c小鼠醉酒时间和酒醒时间的影响,比较醉酒时间差异,计算醉酒度百分比。测定对照组、正常组和酒样组小鼠海马AchE活性和纹状体DA、5HT的含量。[结果]两个不同品种的白酒醉酒时间有统计学差异(P﹤0.01),醉酒度百分比分别为145.8%和251.6%。后者醉酒度较低,且小鼠纹状体DA、5-HT含量低(P﹤0.01),海马AchE活性高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]醉酒度低的白酒对海马AchE活性和纹状体DA、5-HT含量的影响较小。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of two kinds of liquor on drunkenness, acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity, dopamine (DA) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) contents in hippocampus of mice. [Method] With 48.0% ethanol solution as control group, the effects of two different varieties of liquor on the drunk time and wakefulness time of BALB / c mice were observed and compared, and the percentage of drunkenness was calculated. The activity of hippocampal AchE and the content of striatum DA, 5HT in the control group, normal group and alcohol-like group mice were determined. [Result] There were significant differences in the drunken time of two different varieties of liquor (P <0.01), and the percentages of drunkenness were 145.8% and 251.6% respectively. The drunkness of the latter was low, and the contents of DA and 5-HT in the striatum of mice were low (P <0.01), and the activity of AchE in hippocampus was higher (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Liquor drinkers with low drunk degree had little effect on AchE activity and striatum DA, 5-HT content in hippocampus.
