妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)是妊娠期间首次发生或发现的糖代谢异常。研究表明,妊娠期间脂肪细胞因子(Adipokine)分泌异常,导致胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)增加可能是GDM的发病机制,而肥胖是GDM的高危因素。脂肪细胞因子包括脂联素(Adiponectin,APN)、瘦素(Leptin)、Chemerin等,在GDM的发生与发展中可能起重要作用。对脂肪细胞因子与GDM的研究有助于了解GDM的发病机制,并为预防和治疗GDM提供理论依据。
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is the first abnormal glucose metabolism that occurs or is found during pregnancy. Studies have shown that abnormal secretion of Adipokines during pregnancy leads to increased insulin resistance (IR), which may be the pathogenesis of GDM. Obesity is a risk factor for GDM. Adiponectin (APN), Leptin, Chemerin, etc. may play an important role in the development and progression of GDM. The study of adipocytokines and GDM will help to understand the pathogenesis of GDM and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of GDM.
