设计了一种液压驱动式台虎钳结构,针对台虎钳工作过程中夹紧、松开、暂停3个动作设计相应的液压传动回路,并利用PLC控制电磁阀动作,达到半自动化控制的目的。对所设计回路进行FludiSIM仿真,仿真结果表明:回路输出运动的位移与设计值相符,且运行速度平稳。
A kind of hydraulic drive type bench vise structure is designed. The corresponding hydraulic drive circuit is designed for clamping, releasing and pause during the working process of the vise, and the action of the solenoid valve is controlled by PLC to achieve the purpose of semi-automatic control . FludiSIM simulation is carried out on the designed circuit. The simulation results show that the displacement of the output circuit of the circuit accords with the designed value and the running speed is stable.
