目的:建立中风回春胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-1%甲酸溶液(40∶60),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长286 nm,进样量10μL,柱温30℃。结果:丹酚酸B在7.9～196.5 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.06%,RSD1.54%。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于中风回春胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Zhongfeng Huichun Capsule. Methods: The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with Phenomenex C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase acetonitrile-1% formic acid solution (40:60), flow rate 1 mL · min -1, detection wavelength 286 nm, injection volume 10μL, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 7.9 ~ 196.5 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.06% and the RSD was 1.54%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Zhongfeng Huichun Capsule.
