目的:筛选最佳的复方二氧化钛乳膏基质处方。方法:拟定5种不同处方的基质与水杨酸苯酯、二氧化钛进行配伍,制备复方二氧化钛乳膏,并考察乳膏的性状和稳定性。结果:5种非离子型乳化剂均能制备出复方二氧化钛乳膏,处方A制得的乳膏偏稠厚,处方B、C、D、E制得的乳膏细腻、有光泽、易涂布。5种乳膏离心后均未发生分层现象,且耐低温。在高温试验中,处方A和B制得的乳膏呈失水粗糙状;处方D制得的乳膏与室温放置的同类样品比较,无明显性状改变;处方C和E制得的乳膏稠度下降,成流动液体状。放置12个月,处方D制得乳膏的性状和含量没有发生明显变化。结论:处方D制得的复方二氧化钛乳膏细腻、易涂布,稳定性好,具备临床应用价值。
Objective: To screen the best compound prescription of titanium dioxide cream base. Methods: The matrix of 5 kinds of prescriptions was formulated with phenyl salicylate and titanium dioxide to prepare compound titanium dioxide cream, and the properties and stability of cream were investigated. Results: Five kinds of non-ionic emulsifiers were able to prepare the compound titanium dioxide cream. The creams prepared by prescription A were rather thick. The creams prepared by prescriptions B, C, D and E were delicate, glossy and easy to apply . None of the five creams delaminated after centrifugation, and were resistant to low temperature. In the high temperature test, the creams prepared by prescriptions A and B showed a rough water-like appearance. The cream prepared by prescription D showed no obvious change in properties compared with similar samples placed at room temperature. The consistency of the creams prepared by prescriptions C and E Fall, into a flowing liquid. Placed for 12 months, the formula D cream obtained traits and content did not change significantly. Conclusion: The prescription D prepared compound titanium dioxide cream is delicate, easy to coat, good stability, with clinical application value.
