来自于脱墨浆和其他原料中的有害物质在纸机水循环中积累,不仅会影响生产效率,也会影响成纸质量。实验研究了在一个不使用任何化学添加剂的模拟两段浮选工艺中,使用选择性浮选去除循环水中有害物质的适用性。该工艺第一段设置了一个用于白水除气的流体流道,即明渠流(open-channe flow)。明渠流浮选的溢流物会在第二段浮选中进一步处理。流体流道和二段浮选中,脱除泡沫、油墨、胶黏物以及木材抽出物的效率可以通过去除物流量或固体得率进行量化。分析了模拟的两段浮选工艺的总脱除效率,结果显示,使用模拟的两段浮选工艺,污染物负荷会大幅度下降,而且不会影响明渠流对白水的除气作用。
The harmful substances from deinked pulp and other raw materials accumulate in the paper machine water cycle, which will not only affect the production efficiency, but also affect the quality of the paper. The experimental study investigated the applicability of selective flotation to remove harmful substances in circulating water in a simulated two-stage flotation process without using any chemical additives. The first section of the process sets up a fluid flow path for white water outgassing, ie open-channe flow. The flooding of the open channel flotation will be further processed in the second stage of flotation. In fluid flow paths and two-stage flotation, the efficiency of removing foam, ink, stickies, and wood extractions can be quantified by either removal of the stream or solids yield. The total removal efficiencies of the simulated two-stage flotation process are analyzed. The results show that the pollutant load can be drastically reduced by using the simulated two-stage flotation process without affecting the outgassing effect of open channel flow on white water.
