对当前的集邮形势。集邮界存在两种不同的看法:一种是认为当前集邮形势严峻,主要理由是部分集邮组织瘫痪、会员流失、邮市冷清等等。一种是认为当前集邮形势是正常的,主要理由是集邮活动照常开展。如何正确的看待当前的集邮形势,将有助于我们总结经验,吸取教训,发扬成绩,克服弊端,把集邮活动推向深入。对此笔者认为要用新的眼光看待当前的集邮形势,辩证地看待当前集邮中的一些问题。
The current situation of philately. There are two different views of the philatelic community: one is that the current situation in philately is grim, mainly due to the paralysis of some philatelic organizations, the loss of members, the postal service, and so on. One is that the current situation of philately is normal, the main reason is philatelic activity as usual. How to correctly view the current philatelic situation will help us to summarize our experiences, learn lessons, develop achievements, overcome shortcomings and push philatelic activities in depth. In this regard, I believe that we should take a new look at the current situation of philately, dialectically view some of the issues in the current philately.
