为探讨铅暴露对女工及子代智力生长发育的影响,对铅暴露组女工368人和对照组453人一般情况、血铅水平、智力测试及子代智力生长发育情况进行调查与检测。结果显示暴露组血铅浓度升高,子代智力生长发育异常。提示长期低浓度铅暴露可引起人体血铅浓度升高,且影响子代智力生长发育。
In order to investigate the influence of lead exposure on intelligence and growth of female workers and offspring, 366 women workers in the lead exposure group and 453 women in the control group were enrolled in this study. Blood lead levels, intelligence tests and mental development of offspring were investigated and tested. The results showed that blood lead levels increased exposure, offspring mental growth and development abnormalities. Prompted long-term low concentrations of lead exposure can cause elevated blood lead levels in the human body and affect the mental development of offspring.
