根据南水北调中线工程某采空区充填注浆对比试验,优化了工程注浆处理参数,选定较优的注浆材料、孔排距、注浆压力、结束标准等。根据钻孔弹性波CT速度成像剖面,结合钻孔情况、注浆情况综合判断采空区注浆处理效果,结果表明:孔排距为18 m×18 m情况下,水固比为1∶1的大掺量粉煤灰水泥浆液本身流动性较好;当孔口压力为1.0~1.5MPa,泵量小于10 L/min,并稳定10 min,即可结束灌浆施工。通过综合判断,该注浆处理方法能达到预期的充填效果。
