一、引言本文介绍我厂于1985年12月研制成功,并取得中国专利局专利申请号的新型、高效、适用于液压系统工作介质加热的“吸口式加热器”。长期以来,国内外对液压系统中油液的最低使用温度作出规定,防止因温度过低引起液压泵起动吸油困难。油液的加热通常采取两种方法,即蒸气和电加热。由于电加热体积小,使用控制方便,故应用得更为普遍。常用的电加热器的安装形式如图一所示。这种加热方法只能靠油液自身的传导,这就导致了加热管表面温度过高,有时达600℃左右,而且油箱内油温分布不均匀。当远离加热器的油液尚未被加热时,加热器周围的油液已出现了焦化现象,使油迅速老化。这不仅使

INTRODUCTION This article describes the new type of suction heater that has been successfully developed by our factory in Dec. 1985 and obtained the patent application number of the Chinese Patent Office. It is suitable for heating the working medium of hydraulic system. For a long time, at home and abroad on the hydraulic system of the minimum temperature of the oil to make provisions to prevent the pump temperature caused by low oil suction difficult. Heating oil usually take two ways, namely steam and electric heating. As the electric heating small size, easy to use control, it is more common. Commonly used electric heater installation form as shown in Figure 1. This heating method can only rely on the oil’s own conduction, which led to the heating pipe surface temperature is too high, sometimes up to about 600 ℃, and uneven distribution of oil temperature inside the fuel tank. When the oil away from the heater has not been heated, the oil around the heater has been coked and the oil is rapidly aged. This not only makes
