本文叙述了一种砝码加荷的压缩蠕变试验机。该机在设计上把冲击和摩擦减到了最低程度。用四连杆机构引导可动横梁,用一支差动变压器测量应变,试样由一支内部用石英管灯加热的薄壁管组成。给出了2618—T61铝压缩蠕变的一个例子。薄壁管的压缩蠕变由于导向系统可能发生冲击和摩擦因而需要特殊考虑,下面叙述在高温下用砝码负荷对薄壁管作压缩蠕变试验的一种机器。
This article describes a weight-loaded compression creep testing machine. The machine in the design of the impact and friction to a minimum. A four-bar linkage was used to guide the movable beam. A differential transformer was used to measure the strain. The sample consisted of a thin-walled tube heated internally by quartz tube lamps.
