目的 探讨肿瘤体外药敏试验三磷酸腺苷生物发光法 (ATP TCA)在肝癌综合治疗中的应用。方法 取 36例肝癌手术、活检和穿刺标本行ATP TCA。结果 ATP TCA的可评估率为 94.44 % ;1 0种化疗药物的敏感率分别为 :5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 Fu) 8.33 %、诺消灵 (MIT) 8.33 %、顺铂(CDDP) 1 1 .1 1 %、草酸铂 (OXA) 1 3 .89%、足叶已甙 (VP 1 6) 1 9.44 %、丝裂霉素 (MMC) 2 5 .0 0 %、表阿霉素 (EPI) 2 7.78%、开普拓 (CPT) 4 4 .44 %、健择 (GEM) 4 7.2 2 %、泰素 (TAX) 63 .89%。结论 ATP TCA法可用于肝癌化疗中化疗药物的筛选
Objective To investigate the in vitro drug susceptibility test of adenosine triphosphate bioluminescence (ATP TCA) in the comprehensive treatment of liver cancer. Methods 36 cases of liver cancer surgery, biopsy and puncture specimens line ATP TCA. Results The assessable rate of ATP TCA was 94.44%. The sensitivity rates of 10 kinds of chemotherapy drugs were 8.33% for 5 Fu, 8.33% for Novolin and 1 for CDDP. 11.1% of oxaliplatin (OXA), 9.39% of VP16, 9.44% of mitomycin C (MMC), 0.05% of epirubicin (EPI) 2 7.78%, CPT 44.444%, GEM 4.222% and TAX 63.89%. Conclusion The ATP-TCA method can be used to screen chemotherapeutic drugs in chemotherapy of liver cancer
