三度房室传导阻滞(Ⅲ°AVB)和病态窦房结综合征(SSS)是两种严重过缓型心律失常,可发生阿斯综合征,威胁病人生命安全,目前国外、国内均无有效药物治疗。心脏起搏器是生物医学工程迅速发展和较成熟的一种产品,对药物治疗无效的过缓型、过速型和过缓过速型心律失常病例,采用心脏起搏器治疗往往能取得较好疗效。我院自1987年2月~1989年2月用埋藏式心脏起搏器(简称起搏器)治疗7例严重过缓型心律失常病人,现将一般情况及点滴体会报告如下。 1 原理心脏起搏器由起搏电极、导管和脉冲发生器三部分组成,体积小,重量仅45~55g。起搏器内有集成电路和锂电池,钛合金外壳,激光封闭,用脉冲电流刺激心脏,以维持或控制心脏节律或改善心脏的
