目的研究西瑞香素在大鼠体内的组织分布。方法健康SD大鼠,单剂量腹腔注射西瑞香素12 mg.kg-1,并于给药后5,45,120 min后采集大鼠全血和心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、小肠、脑组织,利用HPLC测定血浆和各组织中西瑞香素的浓度。结果大鼠腹腔注射西瑞香素12 mg.kg-1后,在胃、脾脏中浓度较高,其他组织和血浆中较低。结论研究西瑞香素的组织分布特征可为该药的进一步研究开发和临床应用提供重要的参考依据。
Objective To study the tissue distribution of sicilyin in rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intraperitoneally with 12 mg.kg-1 of sirolimus and the whole blood and heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach and small intestine of rats were collected at 5, 45 and 120 minutes after administration. Brain tissue, the concentration of Seretide in plasma and each tissue was determined by HPLC. Results After intraperitoneal injection of sirupin 12 mg.kg-1, the concentrations in stomach and spleen were higher than those in other tissues and plasma. Conclusion The study of the tissue distribution characteristics of Xanthocera can provide important reference for the further research and development of the drug and clinical application.
