肝衰竭病情凶险,病死率达40%-80%。我国肝衰竭最常见的病因是乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染。卡介苗(BCG)联合脂多糖(LPS)可引起致死性肝损伤,其机制和肝炎病毒所致肝衰竭类似。我们观察了免疫抑制剂霉酚酸酯(MMF)对BCG/LPS 肝衰竭模型的治疗作用,探讨其用于重型肝炎治疗的可行性。
Liver failure is dangerous, the mortality rate of 40% -80%. The most common cause of liver failure in our country is hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) combined with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) causes fatal liver injury similar in mechanism to hepatic failure caused by hepatitis virus. We observed the immunosuppressive agent mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) on the role of BCG / LPS model of liver failure and explore its feasibility for the treatment of severe hepatitis.
