近年来北京燕山石化总公司胜利化工厂分期分批对已运行的12台球罐(容积400～1000米~3)进行逐台开罐检查,发现有些球罐存在严重缺陷。本文着重介绍开罐检查裂纹较典型的R_(303c)球罐(容积1000米~3)及补焊情况。球罐结构见图1。
In recent years, Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation Shengli Chemical Plant batches of 12 batches of tanks (volume of 400 ~ 1000 m ~ 3) run by tank inspection, and found that some of the tank has serious flaws. This article focuses on the open canning inspection crack typical R_ (303c) spherical tank (volume 1000 m ~ 3) and repair welding situation. Spherical tank structure shown in Figure 1.
