旅游景区服务质量提升路径研究——以新乡市八里沟景区为例

景区服务质量是景区长期发展的核心竞争力。近年河南省着力打造精品旅游景区,加强省内旅游景区服务质量和服务水平的建设。同时鉴于新乡市八里沟景区目前正全面筹备5A级旅游景区的建设工作,本文从景区的服务配套设施与制度化管理、景区整体卫生环境、景区与游客间的互馈机制三个方面着手,对新乡市八里沟景区进一步创建5A级旅游景区和提升服务质量等工作提出有效性的建议。 Scenic area service quality is the long-term development of the core competitiveness. In view of the fact that the scenic area of ​​Bali Liugou in Xinxiang City is now fully preparing for the construction of 5A-class scenic spots, this article starts from three aspects of service facilities and institutional management of the scenic spots, the overall sanitary environment of the scenic spots, and the mutual feedback mechanism between scenic spots and tourists Bali Township in Xinxiang City to further create a 5A-class tourist attractions and improve service quality work put forward the effectiveness of the proposal.
