一、劳动权与人权 （一）人权概念的提出和发展 人权即人的权利或作为人类的权利，是人作为人的属性所享有的、不可剥夺、不可转让的基本权利。一个人，仅因他是人，就享有权利。只要“把人当人看待”，就要承认人权，如果否认某个人或某些人享有人权，就意味着把他或他们排除
