介绍了一种特殊类型高速钢——无碳的Fe-W(Mo)-Co(Ni)合金的设计原理、冶炼、锻造、热处理工艺及它的基本性能,并与普通高速钢作了比较。试验结果指出,高钴量时合金有极强的硬化能力,时效后硬度达HRC68~69,与超硬高速钢相同。在700C、4h加热之后,硬度仍保持HRC60~61,比普通18-4-1高速钢同样加热后硬度高17HRC左右,比超硬型高速钢M42高12~14HRC,500、600C高温硬度测定结果表明较M12超硬高速钢均高100HV左右。在HRC69时,无缺口冲击值达16J/cm~2,静弯曲强度为2300N/mm~2左右。在辅以Ni合金化后,大大地提高了韧性,在硬度HRC66~67时,无缺口冲值达30J/cm~2左右,静弯曲强度为3500N/mm~2左右,然而硬度、红硬性特别是高温硬度则有所下降。还介绍了时效高速钢刀具试验结果。
The design principle, smelting, forging, heat treatment process and its basic properties of a special type of high speed steel-carbonless Fe-W (Mo) -Co (Ni) alloy are introduced and compared with those of common high speed steel.
