本文着眼于交通和停车问题,并从以下几方面进行分析和论述:①概述了TOD模式及其与单一土地利用方式在交通和停车方面的差异;②阐述了TOD模式和公共交通服务的交通和停车属性特征;③重点探讨了TOD模式下交通和停车的规划与设计原则以及TOD性能的评估方法;④详细地分析了TOD发展过程中的各种阻碍因素和挑战,并有针对性地提出了五方面建议。结果表明,当前仍然需要开展大量工作,以确定TOD模式具体的停车和交通生成标准。
This paper focuses on the traffic and parking problems and analyzes and discusses the following aspects: (1) The TOD model and its differences with the single land-use modes in transportation and parking are outlined; (2) The TOD model and the transportation and public transport services (3) Focusing on the planning and design principles of traffic and parking under TOD mode and the evaluation method of TOD performance; (4) Analyzing in detail the various obstructive factors and challenges in the development of TOD and putting forward some suggestions Five suggestions. The results show that much work still needs to be done to determine the TOD-specific parking and traffic generation standards.
