带状疱疹是病毒引起的常见皮肤病,由于神经炎性病变,疼痛剧烈,影响健康。作者近四年来采用3mW He—Ne激光,局部照射及相应脊髓神经节段照射,治疗带状疱疹44例,疗效显著,治愈率86.36％,显效占13.64％。 He-Ne激光具有消炎、镇痛、组织修复作用。激光照射对头痛、关节痛、腰痛及口腔溃疡、痛症等,有明显镇痛效果。 He—Ne激光治疗带状疱疹,方法简单,安全,镇痛效果明显,易于推广。
Shingles are common dermatoses caused by viruses. Due to neuroinflammatory lesions, the pain is severe and affects health. In the past four years, the authors treated 44 cases of shingles with 3 mW He-Ne laser, local irradiation and corresponding spinal nerve segment irradiation. The curative effect was remarkable, with a cure rate of 86.36% and a marked effect of 13.64%. He-Ne laser anti-inflammatory, analgesic, tissue repair. Laser irradiation on headache, joint pain, back pain and oral ulcers, pain, etc., have obvious analgesic effect.
